Supporter Membership Terms

These terms apply to Payao Hemp Supporters. Payment and membership are managed on Peatix.

1. Purpose of the supporter membership

Payao Hemp Supporters is a membership program for those who wish to continuously support hemp (industrial hemp) education, sustainable agriculture, and the creation of a lawful learning environment. It is a membership program for ongoing participation and support — not a donation.

2. Membership fee and automatic renewal

Membership fees are paid monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Fees renew automatically by default. You may stop the renewal (cancel) at any time.

3. Payment and membership management (Peatix)

Payment and membership management are handled on the external service Peatix (Peatix Subscription). No card payment is processed on the Payao website. Payment information is handled by Peatix.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel your supporter membership from your Peatix account. After cancellation, no further fees will be charged. Handling of the current period follows the Peatix terms.

5. Refund policy

As a rule, fees already paid are non-refundable. Details regarding payment and refunds follow the Peatix terms and refund policy.

6. Member benefits

Supporters receive benefits such as activity reports, newsletters, online Q&A, and early event announcements. Benefits vary by plan.

7. Changes to benefits

Benefits may be added, changed, or discontinued without prior notice. When significant changes occur, we will notify members where reasonably possible.

8. Educational purpose disclaimer

This membership and the content provided are for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or effect.

9. Not medical or legal advice

10. Compliance with applicable laws

Members and the organization shall comply with the relevant laws of their country of residence and place of activity. This program does not promote unlawful cultivation, sale, or use, and is not intended for the sale of THC-containing products, seeds, flowers, or extracts.

11. Prohibited conduct

Violations of law, infringement of third-party rights, dissemination of false information, misuse of benefits, and any other conduct deemed inappropriate are prohibited. Membership may be suspended in such cases.

12. Handling of personal data

Member information is handled appropriately within the scope necessary to operate the program. We will not publish members’ names, email addresses, or other personal data without their explicit consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.
